The Other Shoe Drops: Republican Primary Primer on Check with Chip

We had a Democrat on Check with Chip last Saturday to talk about the Democratic presidential primary caucus in Nebraska. This Saturday long-time Republican Party activist John Sieler will join us to talk about the way the Grand Old Party picks its presidential delegates in the primary season.

Did you think the matter would be settled by your primary vote on May 13th? Think again. The primary vote is a useful snapshot of where candidates stand with the voting public, but it does not decide who gets what delegates from Nebraska.

Smoke-filled rooms? Back-slapping? Back-stabbing? Handshakes? Twisted arms? John Sieler has been through the process and has lived to tell the tale. And tell the tale he will this Saturday on Chip with Chip.
